Your mission

As a Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful products and services by leading strategic programmes and complex projects. You'll collaborate across teams to align initiatives with broader organisational goals and ensure meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll be part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management team, a collaborative, diverse, and efficient function that supports Portfolio, Programme, and Project delivery. With a strategic mindset and an agile approach, you’ll provide clarity, guidance, and leadership to help your teams succeed while ensuring initiatives stay aligned to our vision and values.

  • Familiarity with agile principles, iterative development, and project management frameworks like PMP, Prince2, or Scrum.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives with agility and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as the Atlassian Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business), this is a plus.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum Master), also a plus.
  • Experience in line management, this would be an advantage.
