Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope, developing detailed plans, and coordinating resources to ensure successful, on-time, quality implementations. They generate weekly status reports, lead client and steering committee meetings, and serve as a trusted project manager ensuring timely responses and a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team. The role involves seeking out and implementing continuous service improvements and managing multiple simultaneous implementations.

Must Have:
  • Identify and finalize project/implementation scope.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans including internal, client, and third-party resourcing.
  • Manage and coordinate internal, client, and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on-time, and quality implementation.
  • Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and project team.
  • Schedule and lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
  • Serve as a trusted project manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries.
  • Ensure a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.
  • Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline.
  • Lead the transition from Sales team to Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off.
  • Lead the transition from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation.
  • Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
  • Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
  • Basic Technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
  • Project manage in a matrix reporting environment.
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery model.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s and/or master's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.

Required Skills:

Salary Range

$66,000.00 - $93,500.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
