Must Have

• Work as an Onsite Consultant for RPO client
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
• Extensive working experience on Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hiring Fullstack Developer, SAP, Incident/Change Manager, Azure, Informatica, .Net, Devops & Cloud consultants, Automation/Functional/Manual Testers

Candidate with and MBA .

Should have 3-5 years of Experience in Recruitment

Ability to manage end-end recruitment cycle

Ability to interface with senior management

Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully
