We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Information Technology (IT) team in Golden Valley, MN. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development to drive the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our global customer base with efficiency and innovation. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions.

This is a permanent, direct-hire position based in our Golden Valley, Minnesota office and follows a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and data security.
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and process automations.
• Support business process changes by translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide prompt, clear support and training.
• Work with third-party vendors and apps integrated into Salesforce.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption.
• Ensure data hygiene, integrity, and compliance across Salesforce and connected systems.

Your Day-to-Day

• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in agile development cycles with monthly sprint planning and weekly production releases.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Field Service and Experience Cloud is highly desirable.
• Experience with integrations and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, LeanData, DocuSign).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, declarative tools, and automation best practices.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support global business teams.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Golden Valley, MN.
