Job Summary

Lytx is looking for a Salesforce Administrator II to join its rapidly growing organization. This role is responsible for the configuration, development, monitoring, and verification of the Salesforce platform. The administrator will work with the Enterprise Systems team to execute IT strategy, focusing on building and improving the company's enterprise systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Must Have

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce platform (custom objects, fields, page layouts)
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and provide end-user training/support
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits, data loads, cleansing, and managing data feeds/integrations
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards; automate business processes using Flows and approval processes
  • Identify and recommend best practices for system efficiency; troubleshoot and resolve technical/functional issues
  • Assist with change management, system updates, and releases
  • Create documentation and procedure guidelines for ERP systems users
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable experience
  • At least three years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management

Good to Have

  • Experience with Sales, CPQ, Billing, SCV
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certifications

Job Description

Lytx is seeking a qualified Salesforce Administrator II at a rapidly growing organization.

Responsible for the configuration, development, monitoring and verification of our Salesforce platform. Works with the Enterprise Systems team to formulate and execute IT strategy to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the on-going building and improvement of the company’s enterprise systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts to meet business needs.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions, and provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data loads, and cleansing. This also includes managing data feeds and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards. Use tools like Flows and approval processes to automate business processes.
  • Identify and recommend best practices to improve system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional support issues.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and manage system updates and releases.
  • Create documentation and procedure guidelines for ERP systems users.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • At least three years of Salesforce Administration experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management.
  • Experience with Sales, CPQ, Billing, SCV is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certifications is a plus.
