SCM Order Management Intern(日语)Job Description
Your role:
- 根据系统评审后的合同/PO, 准确地在系统内录入订单并与需求计划人员协调给出订单交期承诺
- 实时了解生产状况，跟进订单进展，如有特殊需求，及时发起审批流程
- 根据订单中约定的付款方式与财务确认货款情况
- 根据商务要求制作文件收据给客户，协助销售订单的签订和付款
- 根据销售合同，维护客户主数据，完成系统评审和操作
- 实时准确地记录发货数据以及相关单据的整理和归档，配合内审及外审的相关工作
