Job Summary
Job Description
The Animator will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality benchmark animation performances that align with the character's appearance, personality, and gameplay. They will also optimize and adjust animations in the game, ensuring the reasonableness of actions and expressions to enhance the user experience. Collaboration with planners, programmers, and other art teams is essential to accurately and efficiently meet project development needs.

Job Details
1.负责项目中动作的设计，并制作贴合角色外观、性格，玩法等相关的高品质标杆表演动画，同时推动引擎内动画效果落地； 2.对游戏中的动画进行优化和调整，把握动作以及表情设计合理性，提高用户的获取体验； 3.与策划、程序以及其他美术组协调沟通，准确高效实现项目开发的需求。
