ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for delivering innovative end-to-end solutions in areas related to Web applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct application of Scrum principles and foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Organize Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, product demos, and sprint reviews.
• Remove roadblocks during sprints and ensure all necessary clarifications are addressed before sprint kick-off.
• Motivate the team and encourage accountability to deliver efficiently.
• Communicate delays in delivery clearly and constructively.
• Monitor team members’ skill levels (tools, knowledge, behavior) and escalate concerns when needed.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to support release planning and maintain a healthy, execution-ready backlog.

Your profile

• Solid experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record managing software web application projects.
• Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working in complex, cross-cultural environments is advantageous.
