The Senior Account Executive supports day-to-day client communications and creative project execution. This role involves managing work tracks, assisting Account Leads on larger initiatives, and ensuring the creative delivery process is followed. The individual should be self-directed, solution-oriented, and confident in influencing team actions to meet internal and client expectations. Responsibilities include managing multiple workstreams, maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and contributing to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.

Overview

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day client communications and the successful execution of creative projects. This individual will manage tracks of work, while also supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives and processes—ensuring our creative delivery process is followed through to completion. You should be self-directed, solution-oriented, and confident in influencing team actions to meet both internal expectations and client satisfaction. You will be expected to manage multiple workstreams, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and contribute to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary internal day-to-day contact across assigned projects, working closely and proactively to ensure continuous alignment between client needs and agency contributions
  • Schedule and participate in client briefings, meetings and presentations as necessary, and assist client leaders with follow up
  • Manage email communication with clients on specific projects, tasks or requests
  • Act as a brand steward, with an understanding of the brand’s positioning and visual identity
  • Review client deliverables for brand and strategic alignment, consistency, and completeness across all feedback rounds
  • Clearly and professionally articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations to internal teams
  • Manage multiple workstreams (2–4 project types concurrently), ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
  • Proactively identify and address smaller client issues or project escalations in collaboration with Delivery and Account Leadership

Internal Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Delivery and Creative teams to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, timelines, and progress updates
  • Coordinate internal communications such as status documents, meeting notes, and feedback summaries
  • Proactively bring in senior team members when additional support or escalation is needed
  • Drive momentum on assigned projects by ensuring accountability, clarity of roles, and timely execution
  • Informing/collaborating with the Analytics team to inform of creative updates

Process Ownership & Operational Support

  • Manage core client service processes for the account, including:
  • Coordination with business affairs on creative talent rights and renewals tracking
  • Support the creative trafficking process; supporting delivery in the handoff of creative assets to the media team and internal creative rotation documents
  • Transferring and organizing client feedback for internal use
  • Maintain organizational systems that enable seamless collaboration and delivery across departments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience including leading digital projects across multiple channels in a digital or advertising agency
  • Ability to solve problems and build strong rapport with teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunity areas, offer solutions and act on them
  • High attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and needs
  • Ability to build and nurture successful relationships with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $78,800 (Annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
