PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax M&A nella sede di Milano, TLS è alla ricerca di un/una professionista con un'esperienza da 2 a 4 anni maturata all'interno di Studi Professionali internazionali o nazionali modernamente strutturati.
L'attività che andrà a svolgere sarà focalizzata sulla consulenza fiscale per fondi di Private Equity e gruppi multinazionali specialmente in ambito di fiscalità straordinaria (Operazioni di M&A).
L'attività comprenderà pertanto principalmente:
tax due diligence (buy-side e sell-side)
strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
Requisiti richiesti:
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista
motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale
iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato
ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
