Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.The Director, Event Production is a key role with a primary responsibility for providing operational oversight and management across multiple off venue hospitality locations (OVH) thoughout Italy during the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Director works closely with Sr. Diretor, Event Production to develop hospitality programs that deliver exceptional spectator experiences and maximizes revenue through a wide range of Off Venue commercial hospitality offerings. This leader will play a key role in managing budgets and services to support the commercial hospitality program.
Develop custom Off Venue hospitality offerings in support of each package program with an emphasis on budget, location, guest experience and capacity
Provide recommendation and analysis of Off Venue hospitality locations
Negotiate and contract Off Venue hospitality locations
Manage overall event production budgets and timelines to meet project milestones
Develop a working database of vendors available to support Off Venue hospitality builds
Work in coordination with Art & Design to ideate and render hospitality space for sales & promotional materials
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify ways to enhance the guest experience
Provide operational leadership, supervision, mentorship and support for the event production team
Develop an operational plan to manage event business operations efficiently
Event planning and execution
Situation analysis and decision making
Oversee scope milestones and deadlines
Forecast, qualify and maintain budgets
Oversee assigned portions of P&L and track expenditures
Troubleshoot, anticipate and act proactively on event aspects of role leading up and following turn over to production implementation team
Maintain and manage venue and venue vendor relationships
Administrative & Other, including but not limited to:
Expense Reports
Process Invoices
File storage
Weekly hours billing reports

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing and producing events, brand activations and event teams
Speaks and writes fluent business Italian; other languages encouraged
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite | Adobe Acrobat
Highly organized and process-oriented
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Self-motivated, resourceful and directed, requiring minimal supervision
Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy
Presently resides and/or is willing to relocate to Milan, Italy
Knowledge of FileMaker| Keynote | SharePoint | Smartsheets | Microsoft Teams | Zoom
Prior experience with large-scale events in Italy, a plus, including network of local vendors
Flexibility and positive attitude to work long days, evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary
