Must Have

We are looking for an experienced, organized, proactive, and results-driven Senior Executive Administrative Assistant who operates with strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and who is passionate about providing best-in-class administrative and project support.
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, and we are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This person must be a master at multitasking and anticipate the needs of their executive, keeping ten steps ahead. In this pivotal role, you will support the Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product Leaders.
- 4-5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executive(s)
- Strong customer-service mentality with a consistent desire to exceed expectations
- Quick adaptation, flexibility to changing priorities and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationships
- Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to complete assignments accurately and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Acting as an extension of the Product Leaders and being a cornerstone to the team-building process within the department
- Ability to perform overall duties and responsibilities of this position with minimal to no direction using independent judgment (and discretion)
- Must have advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft® Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Drive, energy, and a sense of purpose for the role and supporting function

Impact You'll Make:
As the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of both the business and the product executives you support to play a critical role in enabling global success.
The Executive Assistant develops meaningful partnerships with the team, plays an important role in assisting with multiple projects, collaborates with functional departments, and manages the flawless execution of high priority and urgent meetings. This person utilizes their creative problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, and project planning/management abilities to maintain a realistic balance among multiple, competing priorities.
This role executes above and beyond an Executive Administrative scope. This person will apply their creative talents in producing multiple internal and external presentations as well as meeting materials for and on behalf of the Product Leaders.
This person is the liaison between the Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product Leaders and their peers, leadership team, and senior management, as well as internal and external stakeholders. This position has access to, and regularly handles, information of the most sensitive, confidential, and strategic nature. Complete and utter discretion is of the utmost necessity.
The successful candidate is a proactive thinker who understands the business and its inner workings. They provide value to each task by maximizing the strategic alignment between the Executive and their business priorities. The Sr Executive Administrative Assistant will continually be challenged to think beyond the task at hand and work to tie the pieces together to deliver optimal results.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Build a strong partnership with Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product Leaders
- Working closely and effectively, keeping the two product leaders informed of commitments and/or responsibilities
- Proactively following up on administrative/operational duties associated with the two product leaders’ areas of responsibility
- Anticipate and prepare daily schedule meetings and priorities
- Schedule appointments without prior clearance or feedback
- Ensure the most effective use of the two product leaders’ time
- This will include some off-hour requests
- Create internal announcements on behalf of the two product leaders’
- Compose correspondence on behalf of the two product leaders’
- Create and prepare presentation / meeting materials specifically:
- Create presentations for department (Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions) Town Halls (quarterly), Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions’ Cross-Functional Leadership Teams Meetings, Conferences, Offsites, and external customer / stakeholder events, etc.
- Produce meeting agendas, notes, and/or other materials for meetings
- Prepare, coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level management and others within the organization; this includes logistics for off-site conferences, customer/partner events, Town Halls, internal associate celebratory/appreciation events, and other tasks as needed
- Manage and arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans/itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Process and complete executives’ expense report(s)
- Coordinate food and beverage requests for executives, meetings, and/or events
- Respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics
- Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the Global Fraud Solutions and Global Consumer Solutions leadership teams providing advice and guidance on matters that involve multiple functions.
- Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the executive/administrative assistant community
- Adhoc requests and projects to support enterprise initiatives.

Pay Scale Information :

The pay range for this position is $23.17 - $33.65 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
