Job Description

Behaviour Interactive is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to maintain its current infrastructure and help design, plan, and implement a scalable platform for its growing SaaS offering. The role involves acting as a technical expert, collaborating with the Infrastructure Lead to deliver a state-of-the-art, secure infrastructure, support, and connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Windows Server, networking, VPNs, SAN, and cloud/SaaS platforms, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
  • Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and networks across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity.
  • Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications and assist with platform migrations.
  • Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Evaluate and test new tools and solutions, contributing to modernization and automation.
  • Mentor junior administrators and share expertise.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
  • Deep expertise with Windows Server (2012 and later), including upgrades and migrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise storage (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals with practical experience in HPE Aruba switching and firewall administration (Fortinet or equivalent).
  • Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing authentication and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, serving as Tier 3/escalation support.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

You will serve as a technical expert, working directly with the Infrastructure Lead to deliver state-of-the-art solid and secured infrastructure, support, and connectivity.

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Windows Server, networking, VPNs, SAN, and cloud/SaaS platforms. In this role you will :

  • Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and networks across on-premise and cloud environments.

  • Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications and assist with platform migrations.
  • Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting across servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and ensure a stable, highly available environment for both internal and client systems.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members.
  • Evaluate and test new tools and solutions, contributing to modernization and automation initiatives.
  • Mentor junior administrators and share expertise across the team.

What we are looking for :
