We seek an experienced Senior QA Analyst who will lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of polished, engaging, and high-performing mobile games.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage and high-quality output for all game releases.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to understand requirements and integrate QA processes seamlessly.
  • Solid understanding of writing and content creation tools.
• Identify, log, and track bugs and issues within project management tools, ensuring they are resolved before release.
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to streamline the QA process and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct performance, functional, and regression testing to ensure optimal game performance across various devices and platforms.
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on testing outcomes, suggesting improvements and solutions where necessary.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in QA and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ professional experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading QA teams and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated product-oriented mindset, focusing on all actors involved in the processing of issues which arise on features - and their solutions.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and managing bug tracking systems.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Knowledge of AI methodologies and their applications in game testing is a significant plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with mobile games.
• Solid understanding of logging and basic coding.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
