Your Role

As a Senior Staff Specialist Technical Marketing (f/m/div), you are responsible for defining and marketing innovative products in the field of power semiconductors. You work closely with development, sales, and marketing to define technical requirements, analyze customer needs, and strengthen market position. You take on both strategic and operational tasks, from market research to customer support.

• Identification of product-specific market and customer requirements through market research, customer surveys, and analysis of competitor products
• Definition of technical target data and product properties for new products in close cooperation with the development team
• Technical consulting for power semiconductors internally and externally, including supporting sales and marketing activities
• Creation and editing of technical product information such as specifications, data sheets, application notes, and other documents
• Sales support in marketing products and solving customer problems
• Customer support for product issues together with sales and quality department to find a quick and effective solution
• Creation of presentations, essays, and lectures for internal and external target groups to present products and technologies
• Conducting training for internal and external target groups to explain and demonstrate products and technologies
• Market observation and competitive analysis to evaluate and improve the market position and competitiveness of products
• Support in planning and conducting trade fairs and other marketing activities for the promotion of products and technologies

You also successfully meet the requirements if you bring the following:

• A successful university degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Physics)
• At least 5 years of experience in product development and management of power semiconductors or similar products
• Good knowledge of power semiconductor technology and its applications
• Experience in customer support and consulting
• Experience in laboratory work
• Experience in project work and coordination
• Good knowledge of market research and analysis
• Global travel readiness
• Very good German and English language skills
