Join Infineon's Manufacturing and Operations team as a Senior Supervisor FM Electrical & Controls in Dresden, Germany. You will be a key contact for Electrical & Controls, responsible for maintenance planning, fault resolution, and coordinating external companies. This role involves disciplinary leadership, staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a high-tech cleanroom environment, contributing to innovation in advanced product manufacturing from silicon wafers.

Must Have

• Act as a contact person for Electrical & Controls regarding maintenance planning, fault resolution, emergencies, operational disruptions, and media shutdowns.
• Responsible for personnel planning and on-call scheduling in the relevant area, as well as internal and cross-departmental coordination.
• Disciplinary leadership of employees, conducting employee appraisals, and ensuring compliance with regulations, occupational safety, working hours, and break times.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting further training and education in the technical department.
• Monitoring and controlling all Facility Management facilities, including coordination with trade managers and external companies.
• Completed electrical engineering vocational training and an additional qualification as a master/technician in electrical engineering.
• First professional experience in power supply, automation, and MSR technology.
• Several years of professional experience in team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (S/4HANA).
• Proficient in German and basic knowledge of English.

Your Role

• Responsibility for personnel planning and on-call scheduling in the relevant area, as well as internal and cross-departmental coordination
• Disciplinary leadership of employees, conducting employee appraisals, and ensuring compliance with regulations, occupational safety, working hours, and break times
• Planning, organizing, and conducting further training and education in the technical department
• Monitoring and controlling all Facility Management facilities, including coordination with trade managers and the coordination of external companies

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed

• A completed electrical engineering vocational training and an additional qualification as a master/technician in electrical engineering
• First professional experience in power supply, automation, and MSR technology
• Already have several years of professional experience in leading a team and enjoy motivating your team to peak performance and developing your employees further
• A strong organizational ability
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (S/4HANA)
• Proficient in German communication and basic knowledge of English
