Job Description

As a Senior Workday Solutions Consultant at PayPal, you will leverage your expertise in Workday Recruiting to bridge talent acquisition strategy with technical implementation. You will collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to optimize the applicant tracking system, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and streamlining hiring operations. This role is critical in shaping PayPal's employer brand by developing efficient, modern recruiting processes that attract top talent and empower hiring teams to make faster, informed decisions, ultimately reducing time-to-fill and improving candidate quality.

Must Have:
  • Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
  • Leads enterprise-wide applications projects and/or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
  • Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting end-to-end: job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview processes, offer management, and onboarding handoffs
  • Build candidate relationship management strategies leveraging Eightfold AI (or similar CRM tools) integrated with Workday to nurture talent pools and improve pipeline conversion
  • Develop Workday Extend applications to address recruiting gaps and create custom candidate/hiring manager experiences beyond core Workday functionality
  • 5-7 years of hands-on Workday Recruiting (ATS) configuration experience, including business process configuration, calculated fields, security groups, and custom objects
  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM architecture, staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices
  • Proficient in Workday Reporting and Workday Data Analytics, crafting impactful dashboards and reports
  • Proven track record in configuring end-to-end recruiting workflows: requisition creation, candidate application flows, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and background checks
  • Workday HCM Core knowledge to ensure seamless candidate-to-employee conversion
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (OFCCP, GDPR, EEOC) within recruiting systems

Expected Qualifications:
