Job Description

As a Site HR Support, your mission is to manage employee arrivals and departures, including document collection and updates, and transfer information to relevant internal or external structures. You will relay HR-related information to employees and managers, control presence, and support employees with payroll topics and hirings. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth HR operations within our plant, which is a significant site in our Visibility Systems Business Group.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Relations or Master’s degree in HR
Passionate about HR topics
Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment
Professionalism and transparency
Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish

As a Site HR Support your mission:

Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required
Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates...)
Presence control
Employees support related to Payroll topics
Hirings

To be able to be selected for this position, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Relations or Master’s degree in HR.
Passionate about HR topics.
Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
Professionalism and transparency.
Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
