Who We Are: Marmalade is a leading player in the games industry, known for our innovative and engaging products. We are looking for a talented individual to join our existing team and lead our Social Media & Community Management strategy.

The Role: As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Marmalade Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with the support, marketing, and engineering teams to produce developer-focused content and manage, update, and engage with our developer forums and social networks. Additionally, you will support and mentor a junior member of the team, guiding their development and ensuring cohesive team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the support forum.
  • Assisting the community in finding answers to their questions (with help from the support team).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to produce content such as blogs, newsletters, tweets, Facebook posts, and video tips.
  • Managing Marmalade’s social media channels.
  • Attending and organising meetups, events, and webinars as needed.

  • A passion for sharing knowledge with the community.
