Your daily life

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection. We work with passion in a modern architectural framework, and strive to push the boundaries of technology in our key sectors. South of Paris, our site is easily accessible by public transport.

As a Software Product Owner, you will be required to:

Define and master the product vision:

• Engage end-clients/users and understand their needs,
• Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge and stay close to customer needs,
• Communicate the product vision and define team objectives,
• Facilitate demonstrations to internal and external clients with team members for direct feedback.

Ensure team success:

• Write and review User Stories, including Acceptance Criteria,
• Accept and reject User Stories using the Definition of Done and acceptance criteria,
• Prioritize product backlog items and maintain an up-to-date backlog for the team,
• Co-conduct market research and collect necessary data through studies, surveys, alpha/beta programs, and on-board measurements to objectively analyze and identify user needs,
• Remain available to the team throughout the sprint,
• Interface with group functions and key stakeholders.

Your profile:

Graduated from higher education (Bac+5 level), you have at least 6 years of experience in piloting and monitoring software development activities on large-scale complex systems.

You have prior experience in project and/or product management (ideally as Product Owner) within an Agile/Lean team.

You have a strong understanding of customer needs.

Teamwork, ability to communicate clearly and work collectively with different stakeholders and professions, proactive, autonomous, keen business sense and the latest innovations are assets you are recognized for?
