Job Description
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Leads the largest, most complex and business critical client implementations that may be global in nature.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key client executives.
- Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles related to client implementations, client service and project management.
- Assists management in developing expertise and capabilities within the Service Delivery organization.
- Applies deep understanding of client needs to identify and propose out-of-scope or new opportunities to leverage the company’s products and services.
- BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
What success looks like in this role:
- Leads the largest, most complex and business critical client implementations that may be global in nature.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key client executives.
- Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles related to client implementations, client service and project management by involving BU Consulting, CTO and Solution Management experts
- Assists management in developing expertise and capabilities within the Service Delivery organization.
- Applies deep understanding of client needs to identify and propose out-of-scope or new opportunities to leverage the company’s products and services.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
