Job Description

The Sr Project Manager will apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements, including defining scope, managing communication, organizing teams, developing schedules, and planning resources. This role involves leading high-complexity, high-visibility projects with cross-functional workstreams, executive stakeholder management, and defining strategic project delivery models. The manager will also resolve high-impact issues, ensure portfolio-level resource and risk management, and contribute to PMO process efficiencies.

Description

Project management requires the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements and deliverables, including : Defining project scope and identifying deliverables, Managing effective communication cross team, Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, planning and determining resource requirements, Managing risks, Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing, Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

This position will require the ability to lead high complexity, high visibility projects with cross-functional workstreams. Executive stakeholder management and governance. Defines and executes strategic project delivery models.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Direct strategic project planning, change control and execution

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required

7+ years of experience leading projects and cross functional teams
