Salary Range: $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Summary of Jobs:
- Assist in Sage Intacct implementation and post go-live requirements
- Reconcile various BS accounts in Sage Intacct
- Support team during implementation and post go-live (i.e. reporting, journal entries, recons, templates)
- Record daily journal activity related to cash and AR
- Prepare daily cash/receivable journal entries and perform subsequent account analysis
- Assist with fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation and roll forward)
- Follow established and evolving procedures and make recommendations to improve processes as needed
- Maintain electronic filing systems to foster organization and efficient workflow
- Perform special projects and related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting
- Sage Intacct experience a must (2 yrs min)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V lookups, etc)
- Strong knowledge of accounting terminology and practices
- Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness
- A natural curiosity to learn, apply accounting guidelines and make informed decisions
- Able to work independently as well as in a group setting
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
