Job Description
The responsibilities include supporting account administration for the Sales team, participating in CRM data maintenance and administration (updating existing CRM records, data clean-up), generating temporary and evaluation license keys for distribution, managing standard contracts and quotations, and coordinating team projects. The ideal candidate should be a bachelor-level student in France, fluent in both English and French, with prior exposure to CRMs, database handling, and sales processes.
Must have:
- Bachelor-level student in France.
- Fluent in English and French.
Good to have:
- First exposure to CRMs and database handling.
- Exposure to Sales processes.
Job Details
Responsabilities will include:
Support account administration activities of the Sales team
Involvement in CRM Data maintenance and administration (Update existing CRM records with current information/ Data Clean-up)
Create temporary and evaluation license keys appropriate for distribution to prospects and customers.
Managing standard contracts and quotations
Coordinating of team projects
Students should be studying at bachelor level in France and be fluent in both English and French as both will be working languages. A first exposure to CRMs and database handling and in Sales processes would be an advantage.
