Job Summary

Randstad is seeking dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers for short or long-term bookings in and around Bury St Edmunds due to increased demand. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to control your working week, whether you prefer part-time or full-time. Successful candidates will be committed to creating a safe and happy classroom environment, enabling all students from Early Years to KS2 to achieve their best. Supply teaching provides a great work-life balance while continuing to work with children.

Must Have

  • Maintaining records of progress within the classroom
  • Safeguarding all children
  • Delivering lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Supporting and liaising with Teaching Assistants in your class
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
  • PGCE with QTS
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum
  • Being passionate about teaching and learning
  • Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children where necessary
