Job Description

CSG is seeking a Team Captain for the Day Shift to manage workloads, ensure process adherence, and serve as a subject matter expert on insert machine operations. This role involves handling daily assignments in the supervisor's absence and advising on product improvements. Candidates should have at least 2 years of inserting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to train new hires. The position requires working a 12-hour rotating shift and passing background and drug screenings.
Must Have:
  • Manage Workload to meet contractual SLA’s
  • Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly
  • Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of an insert machine and what it takes to process an order
  • Handle daily assignments, issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inserting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate.
  • Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift and meet or exceed attendance expectations. Be willing to work overtime if needed.
  • Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.

Position Pay Range:

$20.35-$32.56

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
