Job Summary
Vi is seeking a Technical Client Performance Manager for its Engage product. This role involves owning the strategy and execution to ensure Enterprise clients achieve their KPIs, focusing on driving strong performance in Proof of Concepts and maintaining optimal performance for long-term clients. The manager will act as an end-to-end quarterback, translating business challenges, ensuring operational readiness, providing strategic recommendations, and influencing product development through client feedback.
Must Have

- Technical literacy, including basic SQL and familiarity with Athena, Snowflake, S3
- Execution-oriented, experienced in collaborating closely with RnD teams
- 4+ years in client performance, analytics, or strategy roles
- Experience working with technical stakeholders and complex enterprise clients

About the Role
As a Technical Client Performance Manager at Vi, you’ll be at the forefront of driving measurable impact—owning the strategy and execution behind product performance to ensure our Enterprise clients hit and exceed their KPIs.
Your focus will be driving strong performance across Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ultimately lead to conversions, as well as maintaining optimal performance across long-term contracted clients. You will be the “end to end” quarterback across each account, connecting Client Performance inputs to the internal R&D team and serving as a technical problem solver, while supporting the Account Manager and Clients externally.
Responsibilities
- KPI & ROI Performance Ownership – Own enterprise client performance outcomes, driving KPI achievement while proactively identifying gaps and partnering with Product and Data Science to optimize performance
- Business Challenge Translation & Solution Design – Translate client business challenges into optimal application of Vi platform capabilities
- Operational Readiness & Campaign Health Management – Ensure weekly operational readiness, including flags and campaign health
- Client Performance & Strategic Recommendation – Prepare client-facing deliverables for performance analysis and strategic recommendations
- Technical Platform Fluency for Performance Impact – Maintain strong understanding of data flows, filters, and product implications to drive performance
- Product Influence Through Voice of Customer – Influence product roadmap and internal prioritization through structured client feedback and insights
- Internal Delivery Ownership – Own execution of ongoing client requests throughout customer lifecycle, across internal delivery teams
