Job Description
- PMP, IPMP, or similar project management certifications.
- Lead end-to-end execution of Tencent Cloud projects across local and regional markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for project alignment.
- Serve as central point of contact for business, technical, and external stakeholders.
- Align requirements, clarify delivery milestones, and manage client-facing documentation.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and operations teams on mitigation strategies.
- Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms or enterprise IT architecture.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international teams.
- Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high ownership.
- Willingness to travel for project deployment or regional coordination.

What the Role Entails
As Tencent Cloud accelerates its global infrastructure and service expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic cloud-related projects across local and regional markets. In this role, you will oversee the execution of both internal and external initiatives—including those delivered by partner providers—ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and service quality. This role requires a technical mindset, strong project delivery ownership, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Candidates must be highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex stakeholder networks across international environments.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Project Delivery & Coordination: Lead the end-to-end execution of Tencent Cloud-related projects across local and regional markets. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure scope, schedule, and quality alignment.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact across business, technical, and external stakeholders. Align requirements, clarify delivery milestones, and manage client-facing documentation such as proposals, phase reports, and acceptance documents.
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to design mitigation strategies, improve delivery frameworks, and uphold service quality.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment and service projects.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms or enterprise IT architecture, and familiarity with project delivery lifecycles from scoping to deployment and acceptance.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international or cross-regional teams.
- Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
- PMP, IPMP, or similar project management certifications preferred.
- Willingness to travel for project deployment or regional coordination as needed.
