Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, you will work with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and contractors. This remote-based role supports the South East, Pennsylvania territory, requiring regular travel. You will leverage market insights, collaborate across departments, and make strategic decisions to balance margin, customer experience, and market opportunity within Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.

Must Have

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised, including non-standard hours
  • Flexibility to maximize business opportunities as they arise

Good to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or similar
  • Background in plumbing or similar industry

Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, you will enjoy working with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales within the plumbing or building materials space, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 1-2 nights a quarter. You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing.

We value associates who Think Fast by using market insights and data to anticipate customer needs; Work It Together by fostering collaboration across Sales, Channel Marketing, NPD, and Supply Chain; and Make the Hard Call by balancing margin, customer experience, and market opportunity when making strategic decisions.

POSITION LOCATION:

This position is remote-based, supporting the South East, Pennsylvania territory. Candidates should reside in the area within this region to ensure efficient access to key customers, partners, and travel routes. Regular travel throughout the territory is required to meet with customers, strengthen channel relationships, and drive market growth..

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials industry

  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised as well as non-standard hours

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
