Job Summary

Clear Point Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Darlington office. The ideal candidate should be ambitious and driven, with a clear career plan. They will receive in-house training for the first three months. After successful completion of probation, the salary will increase. The role involves maintaining standards, meeting projections, and potentially contacting Warren or Michael. The candidate should be well-organized, have a high level of attention to detail, be a confident communicator and an excellent time keeper. They should also possess a good understanding of computer packages, a minimum grade 5 GCSE in Maths and English and a smart and professional attitude.

Job Description

Clear Point Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our office in Darlington.

The Ideal Candidate must be hungry for success, have a plan where they want to be in a years time and most of all want to build a career in recruitment.

Training will be given, We are not a KPI based organisation, but have standards to keep and projections to meet.

You will have in house training for the first three months, than after successful completion of you probation the salary will rise for £18k to £20k.
