Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG's AI Center seeks a skilled Voice AI Model Developer. Responsibilities include research, development, and product launch of voice synthesis/speaker conversion models; developing prompt-based voice synthesis technology capable of multi-speaker and emotion responses; and optimizing and lightweighting models for real-time support. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in speech signal processing, speech recognition/synthesis, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, a passion for R&D, collaborative spirit, and experience with deep learning-based voice technologies are essential.
Must have:
- Master's degree in speech signal processing/synthesis
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Develop voice synthesis/speaker conversion models
- Develop prompt-based voice synthesis technology
- Model optimization and lightweighting
Good to have:
- Deep learning experience in voice tech projects
- Multilingual text-to-speech experience
- API server deployment and prototype development
- Published related papers

자격요건
- 음성 신호 처리, 음성 인식/합성 분야 전공 석사 학위 혹은 이에 준하는 관련 경력(3년 이상)

- 음성 분야 논문을 이해하고 연구 개발 및 개선할 수 있는 능력
- 연구개발에 대한 열정적인 태도와 새로운 도전에 적응하고 즐기시는 분
- 수평적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 자유롭고 창의적인 협업 능력
우대사항
- 딥러닝 기반 음성 인식/합성/변환 및 생성 프로젝트 수행 경험이 있는 분
- 한국어/영어를 포함한 다국어 텍스트에 대한 음성 합성 기술 개발 경험이 있는 분
- 본인이 만들 모델을 API 서버로 올리고 프로토타입 개발이 가능하신 분
- 관련 분야 석사 학위를 소지한 분 또는 관련 논문 게재 경험이 있는 분
