Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a skilled [LOST ARK] Overseas Service Planning specialist to contribute to the global success of their flagship MMORPG. Responsibilities include balancing the overseas version of Lost Ark, analyzing in-game data and identifying issues, and working with BI tools. The ideal candidate has experience with data input/maintenance, understands content reward structures, and possesses strong BI tool expertise. They should be proficient in understanding data structures and utilizing development tools, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintenance and quality. Experience with Lost Ark and international game services is a plus.
Must have:
- Data entry and maintenance experience
- Deep understanding of content reward structures
- BI tool usage experience
- Strong data structure understanding
- Proficiency in development tools
Good to have:
- Extensive Lost Ark gameplay experience
- Overseas service experience
