Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a 3D Lead Artist (Blender) at Brahmarsive Inc. located in Coimbatore North. As a 3D Lead Artist (Blender), you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating breathtaking visual experiences using Blender. Your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering will contribute to the development of immersive content that delights our clients and their audiences.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Lead Artist proficient in Blender to join our team. As a 3D Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists in creating high-quality 3D assets for various projects. You will work closely with project managers, and other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Led and managed a team of 3D artists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Create and oversee the creation of 3D models, textures, and animations using Blender.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all 3D assets produced by the team.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and efficiency, considering the target platform and technical constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve the team's workflow and output.
• Assist in defining and maintaining production pipelines and standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D asset creation and implementation.

Note- Prior experience with AR/VR projects is an added value.
