Job Description

This is a senior game engine development engineer position responsible for the technical design and implementation of the game engine, including engine architecture, graphic rendering, animation, physics calculations, and tool chains. The role also involves cross-platform design and development for PC and console. Responsibilities include: 1. Technical design and implementation of the game engine, including engine architecture, graphic rendering, animation, physics calculations, and tool chains. 2. Cross-platform design and development for PC and console. Requirements include: 1. Business-level proficiency in both Chinese and Japanese, with strong business development and negotiation skills, and more than 3 years of relevant work experience. 2. At least 2 years of experience in 3D engine development, with knowledge of engine architecture, graphic rendering, animation, and physics calculations. 3. Proficiency in C++, data structures, and algorithms, with a focus on code quality and performance optimization. Candidates with experience in developing common components are preferred. 4. Actively keeps up with the latest trends in game engine technology and can apply acquired knowledge to practical work. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork, and communication skills. 6. Demonstrates a proactive approach to development quality.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

1.中国語および日本語ビジネスレベル以上、優れたビジネス開発および交渉スキル、3年以上の関連する実務経験。

2. 3Dエンジン開発の経験が2年以上あること。エンジンアーキテクチャ、グラフィックレンダリング、アニメーション、物理演算などの知識を持っていること。 

3. C++、データ構造、アルゴリズムに精通し、コード品質と性能最適化に関心があり、共通コンポーネントの開発経験がある方を優遇します。 

4. 最新のゲームエンジン技術の動向を積極的に追い、学んだ知識を実務に応用できること。 

5. 責任感があり、良好なチームワークおよびコミュニケーション能力を有していること。 

6. 開発品質に対して強い自発的な姿勢を持っていること。

Requirements

賃金

年収額:応相談(昇給/賞与あり)

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30  休憩時間 60分

役職により裁量労働制あり

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
