Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing Ad Network relationships and create new ones.
  • Know the process of ad implementation through SDKs, Tags and APIs.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features
  • Work with ad networks and internal teams to implement successful ad monetization strategie, for example: Waterfall Optimization
  • Ensure ads shown on Playtika titles inventory are proper and follow rules that have been setup internally.
  • Track & report metrics to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Explore new revenue streams and opportunities
  • Monitor and track monetization performance, analyzing data and using insights to optimize and improve results

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in ad monetization or similar roles within the gaming or mobile app industry/
  • Familiarity with mobile ad networks such as Admob, Facebook, and IronSource are necessary.
  • Analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently.
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Should be proactive with the approach to suggestions, in order to better revenue.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and managing ads through mediation tools for mobile and online.
  • Should have a keen interest in market research for ad monetization.
