About the job
Company Description
We provide 3D computer-generated graphics (3DCG) for various types of media, including movies, advertisements, TV series, and video games. Based in Tokyo.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Graphics Generalist or Artist at KORAT Inc. in Tokyo, Japan.
Qualifications
- Candidates of any nationality currently residing in Japan (Visa support available for full-time positions)
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher preferred)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Modeling, Sculpting, Texturing, Shading, Rigging, Animation, Visual Effects, Lighting/Compositing, and/or Look Development
- Proficient in industry-standard software and tools, such as Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Motion Builder, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc. (Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus)
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
