Job Description

Growe seeks a Customer Support Representative fluent in Italian and English. Responsibilities include providing personalized assistance to customers via various channels (chat, email), resolving inquiries efficiently, adhering to SLAs, collaborating with internal teams, and escalating complex issues. Candidates should have 1+ years of customer support experience, preferably in iGaming, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Analytical abilities and attention to detail are also highly valued.
Must have:
  • 1+ years customer support experience (iGaming preferred)
  • Fluent Italian & English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to SLAs
  • Knowledge of customer service procedures
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of sales principles
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Details

  • Provide personalized assistance and resolutions for diverse customer inquiries via different channels (chats, emails, etc.), ensuring a seamless and exceptional support experience;

  • Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries;

  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively;

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions;

  • Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue.

We need your professional experience:
  • 1 + years experience in customer support/call center (preferably in the field of iGaming);

  • Fluent in Italian, proficiency in English (written and spoken);

  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard practices and procedures;

  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods;

  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
