Job Description

We are currently looking for an FT Collection Advisor to join our team in Aguascalientes on a temporary basis (October 1, 2025 to January 30, 2026). This role is responsible for receiving, registering, and archiving original client documents for safeguarding requests and contracts, as well as extracting physical and digital files and invoices as part of the project for selling written-off portfolios. Ensuring process quality with strict adherence to the work plan and delivery to achieve the objectives established by the Collection Directorate.

Must Have:
  • Responsible for registering and archiving original client documents for safekeeping. Registering the status of files within control archives.
  • Searching for digital documents.
  • Searching for physical documents.
  • Attending to extraordinary documentation requests.
  • Maintaining strict control of documentation inventory for delivery to the buyer, both digital and physical.
  • Safeguarding documentation in a special workroom for the portfolio sale project.
  • 1 year of work experience in archiving, warehouse, custody, and document administration processes (desirable), document administration and management, experience in credit origination or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative, IT, or related field.
  • Office Suite proficiency.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, On-call (subject to work plan needs).
  • Modality: 100% in-person.
