The role involves comprehensive management of general ledger accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire accounting process for the headquarters, subsidiaries, and overseas companies, optimizing procedures for tasks like daily vouchers, closing of accounts, tax declarations, and reconciliation. The role also encompasses the preparation and improvement of financial reports, including collection, consolidation, and analysis, with a focus on financial indicators and the handling of unusual events. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with various external entities, such as regulatory bodies and auditors, and providing timely and accurate financial information as required.
Must have:
  • Oversee general ledger accounting and reporting.
  • Manage accounting for headquarters, subsidiaries, and overseas companies.
  • Prepare and improve financial reports.

Job Details

1、统筹管理总账核算、报表整体工作,确保整体工作的真实性和合规性; 2、负责总部、旗下子公司及海外公司的全盘账务工作并优化流程规范,如日常凭证、结账、纳税申报、汇算清缴等事宜; 3、负责集团及子公司财务报表工作并优化流程规范,包括收集、整理合并、分析,关注财务报表指标合理性,对于异常事项能及时汇报和处理; 4、协调公司的工商、税务、统计、审计等事务办理,对接外部机构的沟通等; 5、响应外部机构(如审计、税务、银行等)的数据需求,提供准确、及时的财务信息。
