Growth Marketing Strategist

Zipdev is looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to join our client's team!

Someone who will lead traction experiments, grow engagement across non-paid channels, and help build scalable systems that attract and retain users. This is a critical role for a scrappy, creative, and independently driven marketer who knows how to test quickly, learn fast, and find what works—even with limited resources.

You’ll work closely with our creative team and freelancers to identify and test creative opportunities for user growth—across organic social media channels, emerging blog and content initiatives, email campaigns to our moderate existing contact list, and partnerships with micro-influencers and creators. You’ll have access to design and engineering support as needed, and report directly to the founder while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
