Job Description

DXC Luxoft seeks a Senior Hogan Technical Lead Developer in Hyderabad, India. This role involves staff augmentation, working directly with clients on Hogan application development and maintenance within a mainframe environment. Responsibilities encompass design, development, testing, and documentation of complex software applications, contributing to technical architecture solutions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive mainframe (COBOL/CICS/JCL) and Hogan application experience within a banking context, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies and software design principles. The client provides direction and instruction; adherence to client security protocols is vital.

Must have:

10-14 years Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL
5+ years Hogan experience
6+ years Banking product experience
4+ years product design & development
Agile Methodologies experience
Software design & development lifecycle

Project description

DXC Luxoft will supply resources in Staff Augmentation mode to the client at the client's direction and with the client's approval. The Service Personnel will possess sufficient general technical Hogan application and mainframe skills. It will be expected to develop and maintain additional knowledge and skills regarding client-specific environments and customizations.
All Services will be performed in a Staff Augmentation model wherein the client is responsible for providing the necessary instruction and information required to conduct Services. Service Personnel will adhere to the client's security policies and procedures in the delivery of Services.

Responsibilities

Hogan Product Development and Services:

Designs, develops, installs, tests, and documents complex applications software. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.

Skills

Must have

10 to 14 years of Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL

Minimum 5 years of Hogan experience (any Application)

6+ Banking product experience is Mandatory

Four or more years of product design and development

Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation

Experience in Agile Methodologies

Nice to have
