- First successful experience in the field (ideally)

Your daily life
By joining us in Meudon, you will join the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a real campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.
WHO ARE YOU?
- With a Bac +4/5 education, you are preparing a Master 2 in Travel, mobility, HR company car, and ideally have a first successful experience in the field.
- You are looking for an internship of at least 12 months to validate your academic path.
- You have an aptitude for numbers and statistical analysis.
- You have perfect mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel.
- You demonstrate initiative and rigor.
- You are convinced that your curiosity, your relational ease, and your sense of responsibility will allow you to quickly gain autonomy.
- You have a good level of English allowing you to communicate easily, both orally and in writing.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:
Integrated within the Corporate Compensation & Benefits team located at the Headquarters in Meudon, and in close collaboration with the entire Comp & Ben country and GBU network, you will take part in various projects:
Group mobility policies: Company Car Policy and Travel Policy
- In collaboration with the Group Mobility Manager, you will participate in the deployment and various works related to the company car policy as well as the Group's travel policy.
- Identify and manage market risks and opportunities.
- Participate in supplier selections.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers, manage performance, and implement areas for improvement.
- Ensure communication and animate the population of Travel Managers and fleet managers in France and in the major countries of the group.
- Ensure statistical monitoring and KPIs.
Globally, you will participate in the preparation and management of various ad hoc projects at Group level.
