Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves the following responsibilities: absenteeism control, turnover control, planning attention and retention, vendor management, monitoring of the work environment, compliance with EOS, environmental management system and internal control, communication system, support for social and sports events, recruitment and selection of personnel. The main skills required are: results-oriented, interpersonal relations, teamwork, PC management, and labor relations. Required training includes: collective bargaining agreement, recruitment and selection of personnel, internal work regulations, labor relations, and personnel procedures that apply.
