Job Description

The Paralegal will be a key member of the legal team, acting as the main point of contact between various departments and external lawyers. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with internal departments, managing communication with clients and contractors (especially in data protection and contract administration), prioritizing daily tasks, and liaising with authorities on abuse-related matters. The role requires a solution-oriented attitude, ownership of business-critical tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will work in an international environment.
Must have:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Previous employment in a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good to have:
  • Experience with DocuSign is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

What we are looking for:

To support us in our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our legal team at AnyDesk. In this role you will be a key member of the legal team acting as the main point of contact between a variety of departments and our external lawyers. We are looking for individuals with a solution oriented can-do attiude paried with extreme ownership of business-critical tasks and the ability to keep track of multiple goals differing in priorites in a fast-paced enviroment.

You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.

  • Facilitate the communication with internal departments
  • Manage the communication with clients and contractors, particularly in data protection and contract administration
  • Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently
  • Liaise with authorities regarding abuse-related matters
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the organization

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with 
  • Sense of urgency
  • Previous employment in a law firm or legal department (Completion of training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant)
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a structured and self-directed manner, with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experiences with DocuSign are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members
