The focus is 95% teaching with minimal admin (5%). Team teaching is common, and the company provides lessons, training, and mentoring. The work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with no after-hours responsibilities. Frequent pay increases and promotions are offered. The position emphasizes a fun, social team environment and a work-life balance.
Must have:
