Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience, total exp 12 years
• 4+ years of exp. operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Should have a valid certification (SAFe Program Consultant / SAFe Agilist 6.0 / ICP-ACC)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe
• Experience in guiding enterprise-level Agile transformations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Can think outside the box and has good consulting experience
• Have interacted with senior stakeholders viz. in the CxO line
• Understands and has 4+ years of extensive work experience on JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Flexible to travel for (25 to 30) % in a year
• Business Analysis exposure will be an added preference

Mandatory skill sets:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, specifically within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams and leaders to improve Agile practices.
