Must have:

Good to have:
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and ecommerce clients.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables.

As a new Senior SEO Executive, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of independence and mentorship: 

  • Lead Your Own Portfolio: Take full ownership of the SEO strategy for a handful of mid-range clients, developing your leadership skills while managing relationships that matter. 

 

  • Learn from the Best: Collaborate with our senior SEO manager and SEO director on major enterprise accounts, gaining invaluable exposure to complex, large-scale campaigns without the overwhelming pressure of sole responsibility. These client engagements extend beyond traditional SEO, integrating into the full enterprise ecosystem where you'll develop expertise in how SEO connects with broader business strategies and cross-departmental initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Lead end-to-end SEO strategy for your portfolio of mid-range clients 

  • Support the senior manager and SEO director on high-profile enterprise clients 

  • Dive deep into data analysis to uncover performance-driving insights 

  • Develop technical recommendations and content strategies 

  • Create and refine automation processes to enhance efficiency in your day-to-day and for the team 

  • Work with the data analytics team to develop API integrations that automate reporting and eliminate repetitive tasks 

  • Collaborate across departments, especially with the content lead and paid team, to ensure integrated campaign success 

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships 

  • Present results and strategic recommendations with confidence 

What You Bring 

  • 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting 

  • Passion for data analysis and finding actionable insights in complex datasets 

  • Keen interest in working with big data sets and APIs for data extraction and integration 

  • Keen interest in process automation and efficiency optimisation 

  • Strong communication abilities for both client-facing presentations and team collaboration 

  • Proficiency with key SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC) 

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and ecommerce clients is highly desirable 

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, data manipulation and analysis 

  • Excellent presentation abilities for compelling client deliverables 

  • A collaborative spirit and team-first mentality 

  • Interest in AI tools and optimisation processes (CMS/coding experience appreciated but not required)
