As the Remuneration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of Nine's remuneration programs. This is a hands-on position where you will contribute significantly to ensuring our reward strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will leverage your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive data-driven decisions and support an enhanced employee value proposition.

You'll be instrumental in supporting our high-performance culture by ensuring our remuneration strategies attract, retain, and motivate top talent, directly contributing to Nine's success and employee engagement.
What You'll Do:
Support the design, implementation, and administration of Nine's remuneration programs, including fixed pay, variable pay (STIs, non-executive LTIs), and benefits. You'll assist in the annual remuneration cycle, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for non-executive positions, providing crucial insights to ensure our compensation remains competitive. You'll also participate in pay equity analysis to ensure fairness across the organisation.
Help develop, document, and continuously improve our remuneration policies, guidelines, and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation (e.g., Fair Work Act, tax laws).
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and People Experience teams. You'll prepare data and analysis to support reporting requirements for the People and Remuneration Committee.
Contribute to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of remuneration data, identifying trends and supporting data-driven decision-making for transparent and equitable reward practices.
Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in remuneration, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our function.
