Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on B2B traffic generation, lead acquisition, and multi-channel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving high-quality organic traffic, executing SEO, SEM, ABM, and content strategies, and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for B2B markets, particularly in North America.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring SEO, SEM, content, email marketing, and automation strategies align with business objectives. The candidate will manage a team of 10+ specialists across SEO, content, PPC, and website development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & ABM Strategy Development
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies focused on driving B2B traffic and lead acquisition.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value B2B accounts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research tailored to the B2B gaming,VR/XR and technology sectors.

2. On-Page & Technical SEO Optimization
• Optimize website architecture, content, and UX to meet SEO best practices for B2B audiences.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawl errors, page speed, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
• Develop and execute high-quality link-building campaigns focused on B2B domains.
• Establish partnerships with industry blogs, forums, and thought leaders for securing authoritative backlinks.
4. SEM, Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
• Optimize ad spend, landing pages, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to enhance lead nurturing.
5. Content Marketing & Conversion Optimization
• Collaborate with content writers and strategists to develop SEO-optimized, high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, Pod-cast, Video snippets , case studies).
• Ensure content aligns with ABM and B2B buyer journeys to engage decision-makers.
• Provide SEO guidelines for meta descriptions, title tags, and structured data to enhance rankings.
6. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion.
• Work with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to personalize outreach.
• Track email open rates, CTRs, and lead conversion metrics for optimization.
7. Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Track KPIs such as organic lead generation, website conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Continuously optimize multi-channel marketing efforts based on data insights.
8. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO experts, content writers, PPC specialists, web developers, and designers.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Conduct regular training, brainstorming sessions, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency.
9. Staying Updated on Trends & Innovations
• Keep up with SEO algorithm updates, ABM trends, AI-driven marketing, and digital innovations.
• Implement new tools and strategies to stay ahead in the competitive B2B space.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
✅ 10+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, content-strategy, ABM and multi-channel marketing, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
✅ Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
✅ Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing strategies.
✅ Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel optimization.
✅ Experience managing a team of 10+ marketing professionals.
✅ Familiarity with ABM strategies and account targeting for B2B markets.
✅ Experience in targeting North American markets is highly preferred.
✅ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
✅ Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
✅ Passion for gaming technology and B2B sector is a plus.
