As a Digital Marketing Analyst on the Web Strategy team, you will support the execution of plans to grow the online presence for assigned product lines and domains in alignment with the broader go-to-market strategy. You will apply a mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to interpret website behavior and industry trends, helping identify opportunities to improve user engagement, conversion, and lead generation. Supporting the Web Strategy Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Web & Digital. Your role will focus on uncovering insights from data to support UX improvements, enhance visibility, and contribute to the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Must have:
  • Support execution of web strategy plans aligned with product marketing goals under guidance from senior team members.
  • Apply analytical skills to monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and conversion.
  • Take guidance from Team Lead, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data and support web initiatives.
  • Contribute to the execution of the web strategy and roadmap.
  • Assist in monitoring digital performance and supports journey analysis and optimization tasks.
  • Understand business goals and supports alignment of web activities with marketing objectives.
  • Conduct basic analysis of user journey and suggests improvements using standard tools.
  • Support maintenance of analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Gather and interprets data to support recommendations for improving user experience.
  • Keep current with industry trends and shares relevant insights with the team.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst on the Web Strategy team, you will support the execution of plans to grow the online presence for assigned product lines and domains in alignment with the broader go-to-market strategy. You will apply a mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to interpret website behavior and industry trends, helping identify opportunities to improve user engagement, conversion, and lead generation.

In this role, you will:

Your background:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or analytics, familiarity with Google Analytics and CRO tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, or like applications
  • Experience with tools such as CrazyEgg, or HotJar
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, including ability to prepare and deliver quality presentations to a range of stakeholders with various levels of understanding.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive nature, and ability to project manage your individual projects. Need to personally initiate, drive and report on projects driven by analysis
  • Should keep all stakeholders well-informed about the status of their projects.
  • Clear understanding of the digital experience technologies from both marketer and consumer’s point of view, with awareness of developing trends and IT solutions
